Saturday mornings (Surry Hills) · Wednesday afternoons (Glebe)
Online sessions are held via secure encrypted video. Available to clients anywhere in Australia. All you need is a private space and a reliable internet connection.
Online therapy is as effective as in-person for most presentations, and the research supports this. It offers greater flexibility for people who work during the day, live outside Sydney, have caring responsibilities, or simply prefer the comfort and privacy of attending from home. All sessions are conducted via an encrypted, HIPAA-compliant video platform.
What to include
in your message
There is no right or wrong way to reach out. Many people are unsure what to say when they first contact a therapist, and that is completely fine. A brief message is perfectly adequate. You might share a little about what has brought you here, what you are hoping for from therapy, and which day and time might suit you. That is enough for me to come back with a helpful response.
If you would like a free introductory call before committing to a session, please mention it and I will arrange a time to speak. The call is a chance to ask questions, get a feel for how I work, and decide whether moving forward feels right.
If you are in a difficult place and not sure where to start, you do not need to explain everything in your first message. You can simply say you are looking for support. I will take it from there. Reaching out is the hardest part, and I am glad you are here.
For questions about fees, availability or my approach, you are welcome to ask directly or visit the FAQ page. You can also read more about me on the about page before getting in touch.
I look forward to hearing from you.
