My Approach

Gestalt, Somatic & Trauma-Informed

Gestalt Therapy

A present-focused, experiential approach that helps you develop awareness of patterns and feelings as they arise, creating space for fresh awareness and meaningful, lasting change.

Somatic & Body-Focused

Drawing on Somatic Experiencing and Polyvagal Theory, I track experiences within the body as they arise. This allows space for fresh awareness and the ability to make different choices.

Trauma-Informed & Inclusive

Grounded in Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, and a deep commitment to inclusivity. A safe, affirming space for people of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations.
