I am currently taking new clients. Sessions are available in person in Surry Hills on Saturdays, and online on Wednesday afternoons (Glebe) and Saturday mornings (Surry Hills). I will respond to all enquiries within 48 hours.
When I am available
I offer sessions across three regular time slots each week. All sessions can be booked via the contact form. I will confirm your appointment by email within 48 hours.
Saturday
9:00am to 1:00pm

Evenings
Online onlyOnline sessions via secure video platform. Suitable for clients across Sydney, New South Wales, and Australia-wide. Evening slots are popular with people who work during the day.

Online onlyOnline sessions via secure video platform. A mid-week option for those who find evenings work best for their schedule. Contact me to check current availability.
What to expect
All sessions are individual, one-to-one appointments. I see one person per session rather than couples or groups. Sessions are held at a consistent time each week or fortnight, which I find supports the continuity and trust that good therapeutic work requires.
Before your first session, I will send you an intake form to complete. This helps us make the most of our time together from the very start. There is no need to prepare anything further. Just come as you are.
Individual Sessions, 50 Minutes
Standard sessions run for 50 minutes. Longer sessions are available on request. Please mention this when you book if you would like to discuss a longer format.
First Session, What to Expect
Your first session is a conversation. We discuss what has brought you here, what you are hoping for from therapy, and whether we feel like a good fit for each other. There is no pressure to commit to ongoing sessions after a first meeting.
Fees
Please contact me directly for current fee information. I do not accept Medicare rebates or Mental Health Care Plans. If cost is a concern, please reach out and we can have a conversation about options. I want therapy to be accessible where possible.
No GP Referral Required
You do not need a referral from your GP or any other professional to book a session with me. Simply reach out directly via the contact form or email.
Weekly or Fortnightly
Many people begin with weekly sessions to build continuity and momentum, then move to fortnightly as things settle. Together we find a frequency that works for you and your goals. The number of sessions varies considerably from person to person.

My in-person practice is located in Surry Hills, in Sydney's inner city. The space is private, comfortable and easy to reach by public transport. In-person sessions are available on Saturday mornings.
Surry Hills is accessible from Redfern, Darlinghurst, Paddington, Newtown and across the inner city. Street parking is available nearby, and the practice is close to Central Station and multiple bus routes.
Online,
Telehealth via Secure Video
Wednesday afternoons · Saturday mornings
Online sessions are held via a secure, encrypted video platform. They are as effective as in-person sessions for most people, and offer greater flexibility for those who travel, live outside Sydney, or prefer to attend from home.
All you need is a private space, a reliable internet connection and a device with a camera. I will send you the link before your session. Online sessions are available to clients anywhere in Australia.
Cancellation policy
I ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This allows me to offer the time to another client who may need it.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may be charged a cancellation fee. I understand that life can be unpredictable, so if something unexpected comes up, please contact me as soon as possible and we can discuss the situation together.

How to book
Booking is simple. There is no waiting list system, referral requirement or intake process to navigate. Just reach out directly and we will take it from there. You can also learn more about me before getting in touch.

Receive confirmation
